PepsiCo Inc. To Acquire The Remaining Stake Of Russian Dairy Products And Juice Maker Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods

Late last year, Pepsi agreed to purchase a 66 % stake in Russia's largest food and beverage business for about $3.8 billion. The company was expected to buy the remaining stake at a future date.

The deal, which is expected to close by September, follows Pepsi's move in 2008 to pay $1.4 billion for control of Russian juice producer Lebedyansky.
